looking for a certain GBA game

i think its either GBA or GBC but its a mecha type game. the movements are fire emblem based style but the battle sytem is when you are a dot and circles pop up in circles and if your dot gets overlapped by those circles, you are hit. the most of the storyline i remember is that a guy finds a girl on a mecha in a plane and in the end they fall in love. also the mechas had different weapons like sniper and such like that
