Switch Iso?

I seem that I can't switch isos when it states that I need to insert disc 2. I have downloaded both and was wondering if there was a work around for this issue.. For example: When I'm at the end of disc 1 on PE. The game asks to insert disk 2 and so I reload disc two but I'm unabale to continue from where I left off
