In what cases won't the installer work? I've tested them all on Windows7 x64.
The programs themselves should run fine, but the installation programs may cause problems on certain setups. Let us know if they give you trouble (be sure to include the details); there's probably a workaround. Failing that, we might be able to give you the extracted emulator in a ZIP file.
