I'm still just as confused. I downloaded that program you linked for me, but I'm not sure what the hell to do in it. I've extracted the file (or at least I think I have), but I still can't figure out how to get it to work in the emulator. It's a bin file now, which once again, I have no clue what it is and how to get it to work.
You need 7zip to extract the game from the 7z file. Due to the large file sizes Vimm opted to use 7zip for the Playstation games because of it's superior compressing power. It can be downloaded for free from their website.
