I cannot get them to save data and ePSXe does not show the cheat code tab. How do I get the cheat codes to work on them and How do I get them to actually save the data? I have tried to completely remove then reinstall the programs but did not work.
Got it figured out. What the problem was is that I never configured my IOS. Once I did that, the game started working. Thanks for everything!
