I think I finally found a full one. It's now available in The Vault.
I found a RIP version of it from the internets. It's only 10MBs, but extracts to around 400MBs. I have no idea what is ripped, but the game plays fine and looks great in ePSXe
It's a megaupload link so choose regular download, wait for the timer to countdown, and click download. Also, it's compressed with 7zip so make sure you have 7zip to extract the ISO.
