Sounds like a problem with DirectX. What OS are you using?
If its Windows goto your system file either C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SyWOW64 and look to see if d3dx9_43.dll is there. If not you'll need to find a site to download it and just put it there yourself. Or, if you don't trust some shady dll file site, update DirectX
I downloaded it twice now, but every time I try to open it it says d3dx9_43.dll is not found on my computer, reinstall the program. What do I do?
