Of games I actually own (and have played), I'd have to go for Dash Galaxy for the NES. You play as a space man who runs around his ship jumping on trampolines to reach switches and collect keys while dodging oxygen sucking monsters on his journey to reach the cockpit. There's a reason it retailed for $20.
... for what you think is the *weirdest* game available for download in the Vault.
Being familiar mostly with Atari 2600, NES, and Tandy "CoCo" games, I only have one vote here - "Pesterminator" for the NES. There's probably games in the lineup which are far more strange an experience. :-)
