Seriously though, how's Vimm's Lair load over dial-up? I've always tried to keep things streamlined but I haven't experienced dial-up since the 90's so it's sometimes tough to keep perspective.

My dial-up connection has suddenly become extremely unreliable. It drops frequently, sometimes without bringing in even a single page. Occasionally it stays connected for longer, but at only 70% of normal speed.

The same thing happened a couple of years ago and it turned out to be a problem with the phone line. Took them two months to come out and fix it.

If this keeps up, I'll have to start using my computer for something other than a molasses-slow conduit for free pr0*drop*
