The new PlayStation Vault is running smoothly and is continuing to gradually grow. The Vault now supports multiple screen shots, primarily for PlayStation games which tend to have multiple title screens. The site is also gradually converting to HTML5 and now uses CSS sprites which help pages load faster with fewer trips to the server. The updated sprite powered menu now (finally) shows the section you're currently in, and the submenu can be much longer too. Any remaining graphical glitches should be fixed quickly as they're found.
