The Sound, my dear, dear Tricob. Play the game for 30 seconds and tell me the SOUND is a near 10. We're talking Star Fox quality sound ratings here.

The replay value and entertainment value is definitely one of the highest out there. There's lots and lots of mazes to choose from, and numerous difficulties for each level-set as well.
I actually don't remember submitting a vote-only review for the game myself, but it's possible that I did many years back, and just forgot. :-P
