Is the sound a 10, or even near it? No, it's not. But it gets the job done, and none of the sounds seem out-of-place.
Yeah, I myself would save the "10" rating for sound to SNES games like "Dracula X" and "Starfox". For the NES, I'd say games with a "10" sound should go to "Monopoly", "Batman: Return Of The Joker", and "Gremlins 2".
