If you know how to use BitTorrent, try this.
I love SkullMonkeys, it's probably my favorite game for the PSX, I let one of my friends borrow it a few days ago and eariler he returned it to me crushed, he said he accidentally stepped on it.
I figure since I paid for the game (and it's hard as heck to find) that maybe you guys could help me find the ROM for it?
