Okay. If I'm not mistaken, every E-Mail account is accessed through an E-Mail server of some sort, and that data is dumped into the Outlook Express folder. Let's say that your E-Mail address is "DavidSleazoid2014@VirtualLunatic.COM". More than likely, there's a signup screen somewhere on the VirtualLunatic.COM website. It should allow you to Log In using the DavidSleazoid2014 account, using your password in question.

AOL blocked my account due to "suspicious activity." The account hadn't been hacked; it was my own activity that they found to be suspicious.
