I only used that account via the web interface; that's where it said the account was blocked. Likely because I tried to log in by proxy.
What's the point of having an additional security question if they don't respect the correct reply?

Okay. If I'm not mistaken, every E-Mail account is accessed through an E-Mail server of some sort, and that data is dumped into the Outlook Express folder. Let's say that your E-Mail address is "DavidSleazoid2014@VirtualLunatic.COM". More than likely, there's a signup screen somewhere on the VirtualLunatic.COM website. It should allow you to Log In using the DavidSleazoid2014 account, using your password in question.
