I cant download any game Playstation

the download start ok in chrome or mozilla, but always theres a problem and the connection getting slow until get stopped at all. this happen with any game I try. i need help. what can i do or what is happening with the roms of playstation 1 ? my connection of internet is 9 GB so its OK. Please help :)
