I'd wager that StuffIt Expander would return some variation on "File is broken or corrupt."
The developer's site has a version that extracts with no error. Use the first mirror (s9x-w32.de).

I would try StuffIt Expander, if I have its name right. This is free software the last time I checked. It was originally written to extract files compressed by a Mac computer.
