Think I found what was causing that. I tried out a fix and it seems to be working now.
I've always used Paint Shop Pro for my imaging and my png's usually come out to about 5 MB for a two page spread. I don't use IRC but I occasionally leave AIM and ICQ running.
I think I figured out what triggers the problem. If I search for a file and try to download it, I get the symptoms previously posted. But if I select a system, then a letter, then download a manual, it works just fine.
