Server response code: 400 with download manager

Title, but to elaborate, I'm wondering if download managers are allowed to download stuff from here? Since I kept getting the error from the title with uGet.
My internet isn't fast enough and will often enough just fail the download entirely with anything bigger than 1gb so I hoped I could use it here since the site has the smallest file sizes compared to others from what I've seen.
