Thanks for the feedback.  Erratic speeds are a sign a server's overcrowded and you're jousting people for bandwidth.  With the right speed caps I can spread the bandwidth evenly and give everyone an equal slice.  I'm monitoring the network closely and will continue to tweak it.

The games download very quickly, thanks for the upgrades, Vimm!

I have noticed that while downloading, the rate jumps back and forth every second between 0 and whatever it's downloading at, sometimes 500kb/s, sometimes 2.16mb/s.
