Why don't you try ZSNES and find out?
I've been trying to play it on the latest version of SNES9x and all sound is accompanied by a reasonably quiet but nonetheless irritating fuzzy, low-pitched noise that I'm fairly sure isn't supposed to occur. Should I adjust my sound settings in some way? Is the problem peculiar to PAL-region ROMs and if so what can I do? Or would using zSNES instead (something I've never yet had to do) sort it?
