An unusual game

System: Genesis I was wondering if you gents could figure out what game it is I played oh so long ago. It was a genesis game that had a bunch of little people (the looked like ants because they were far away) that you could move around. If you stopped moving them they would make a little campfire and sit around it. I believe you could advance in tech because I seem to remember teaching them to make spears then killing another little band of people. Any help would be great. Sorry for being vague.
