Streets of Rage 3 is an action beat ‘em up game for the Sega Genesis, and at one time was the final installment of the "Street of Rage" saga. The game offers substantial improvement over its predecessor, including a more complex storyline, multiple endings, faster and more agile gameplay, more variety of situations in each stage, hidden characters, and much more. Due to the dwindling popularity of the beat ‘em ups in, the series would not see another entry for quite some time.

This patch will place previously hidden and unused sound effects from the ROM within the in-game sound test.

- Play unused BGMs on BGM options 00, 01
- Play unused SEs on SE options 00, 01, 02, 03
- Play unused VOICEs on VOICE options 00, 01, 02, 03, 04
