Super Mario Bros. 3 "The Quantum Realm" is one of the hardest and most bizzare hacks of smb3.

Indulge yourself in a realm of darkness and enter into a deadly 1st world. The game does get easier as you progress from world to world but there will be extremely difficult levels as well as easy ones throughout the entire game.

This hack also contains the concept of time travel which is only encountered occasionally. Players who are into extreme difficulty shouldn't be disappointed. The game is beatable but will require save states and lots of patience.
