Shadowrun is an action role-playing game for the Sega Genesis, released in 1994 in North America and Asia only. It was adapted from the cyberpunk role-playing game Shadowrun by FASA, and was developed by BlueSky Software. The game is the second video game adapted from Shadowrun, and has a more open ended style of gameplay than its 1993 Super NES counterpart, Shadowrun by Beam Software.

This modification to Shadowrun allows one to play as a female protagonist. Gameplay remains mostly identical so as not to change the experience, only allow the game to be played as a female character.

Changes include replacing the character's name, sprite and portrait as well as those of one of the non-player characters. Additionally any dialogue references to those characters has been altered to reflect these changes.

The mod consists of an IPS patch made using Lunar IPS.
