Streets of Rage 3 is an action beat ‘em up game for the Sega Genesis, and at one time was the final installment of the "Street of Rage" saga. The game offers substantial improvement over its predecessor, including a more complex storyline, multiple endings, faster and more agile gameplay, more variety of situations in each stage, hidden characters, and much more. Due to the dwindling popularity of the beat ‘em ups in, the series would not see another entry for quite some time.

This Rom Hack replaces Axel with Mokou from Touhou Project. Also includes a Bare Kuckle 3 Version.

Changes in both US and JP Version:

- Mokou's Strength was increased!
- Voice change (though it's Blaze's Voice)
- Changed Character Portrait in the menu/cutscenes
- Break is now replaced by a Mokou doppelgänger

Changes exclusive to SOR3:

- Mokou's now involved in the Story
- Stage 5's Elevator Scene now uses the City Hall Music
- Stage 6 uses Dr. Dahm's Boss Theme

Changes Exclusive to BK3:

- Yamato uses his voice lines from the US version
- Due to in-fandom jokes from Touhou, Break was renamed to "Shion"
- Very Hard is renamed to "Lunatic"
