Game Description:
OutRunners is a car racing game for the Sega Genesis.
Hack Description:
This patch restores the content that was removed or obsfuscated in the US release of OutRunners for the Sega Genesis.
As per the Japanese version, the Sonic & Tails intro, the Sonic billboards on the race tracks, and the cheat code to access new songs and the Virtua Formula are now available.
xdelta UI is required to patch the game.
