Hack Description:
Fixes the voices in Double Dribble.
Double Dribble was very infamous for its low quality voice sample in the title screen, sounding like "Bubble Bibble" or "Wubble Dwibble". It turns out that the samples were corrupt. They were mis-encoded, and written with the bit-order reversed.
