Hack Description:
Revenge of Shinobi - Better Jumping is a simple improvement which alters the double jump mechanic to be more in line with Shinobi III. Supports Revision 00 up to Revision 03

This patch Modifies jumping physics for better control. Changes include:
*Easier Double Jump
*Slightly Higher jump height
