Hack Description:
So normally this game runs fine, however for various portable handheld Mega Drive/Genesis consoles, Super Bubble Bobble usually hangs on a broken menu and simply doesn't play and is considered NOT COMPATIBLE for the console.

This patch fixes this issue, allowing access to the menu and gameplay.

It is an IPS Patch.
