The first Mario Kart game ever. There are four cups to race each with 5 tracks a-piece. Excellent multiplayer game. Co-op or versus.

This is a small patch that tries to improve the game's music by resampling the synth bass, synth brass, electric guitar and whistle sound samples based on their original sources and giving them better loop points. Useful for rom hackers who are interested in custom music and not satisfied with the game's original samples.
The only issue with this patch is that sound effects that use the whistle sample will be lower pitched by almost an octave, as they don't use the same instrument table. An update that fixes this may or may not come in the future.

Two additional .bins are included, one with the Pointers+Samples and another one with the instrument table, in case someone wants them for whatever reason.
