Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers is an action fighting game for the Sega Genesis.

Would you like to play regular Super Street Fighter II, but with more moves that can be special cancelled like the Old Characters in Super Street Fighter II Turbo? Such as the 2nd hit of Sagat's Standing Light and Medium Kicks, for example?

In SSF2, each character can cancel any of their normal moves that have 4 frames of startup or less. This ROM Hack expands the Special Cancel Window by 2 frames, allowing characters to special cancel more of their normals.
