Fatal Fury 2 (USA) Pyron color hack - Dolsilwa's hack

Pyron's color hack of Fatal Fury 2 is great but some stages could look better. This color hack was made to make some stages brighter.

v. 1.0 changes:
* tweaked colors for most stages,
* tweaked colors for most fighters,
* changed background in between fights,

v. 1.1 changes:
* tweaked Mai stage
* tweaked Cheng stage
* tweaked Joe sprite and stage
* tweaked Kim sprite
* tweaked Andy sprite

v. 1.2 changes:
* tweaked Kim stage

v. 1.3 changes:
* tweaked Kim stage
* tweaked Joe stage

v. 1.4 changes:
*tweaked Kim stage

v. 1.5 (final) changes
* tweaked Kim stage
* tweaked Joe stage
* tweaked Jubei stage
* tweaked Billy stage
* tweaked Mai stage
