A simple graphics hack that makes Pac-Man's "open mouth" sprites consistent with his "closed mouth" sprite by making his back rounder, similar to the Pac-Man Championship Edition demake from Namco Museum Archives Vol. 1, and how it should have been in the original release of this port of the game.
