SNES Tool 1.2
1. Open SNES Tool and use the keyboard arrows to select "Use IPS".
2. Find the .IPS patch file using the arrows and press enter.
3. Find the ROM file (unzipped) and press enter.
4. If done correctly it will say "IPS patched OK".
Yeah this is the 3rd time I've asked but can anyone find a patch program for me?
