I was playing with it today and figured out why I couldn't getthe actual emulator to work. All the ones I was trying kept saying I was missing DMPI and had to get a zip file. I got into one Loopynes I was trying but the cursor wasn't moving when I was trying to get to the config to set it up like my controls in FCE Ultra and RockNES (when I had it). I'll try your site and see if it works better than the one I found using Google...

First of all, you said you can get into the emulator's directory, but then you can't get into the emulator. What happens when you type in the emulator's filename and the (Return) key?

Second, you can find LoopyNES here:

http://www.retrogames.com/nes_new.html#5

Third, if you're running Loopy and nothing is displayed when starting up a ROM, you need to set DOS Box to a higher number of cycles-per-second. This is done with Ctrl+F12.
