virus in games??

My boss just found a win32 virus in a nintendo game i got and installed on the system at work, i have most of the same games loaded here at home but i found no viruse's, but i just got off the phone he's pissed cause his computer is infected with a couple of virus's and now he's blaming me and the games. I'm fairly certain it's the half ass computer, shitty install of windows, and lack of any firewall whats-so-ever that did it, plus he barely know's how to use MSN on it. Just wanted to check if anyone else had problems with virus's in any of the games?
