Vimm has always held a policy to only handle games and systems that are two consoles out of date (ps4 being current making ps2 emulation viable as an example). Beyond that, couldn't say what his thoughts are on piracy and such
New games (e.g. Just Dance 2020) are tagged with the notice "Vimm's lair does not condone piracy." However, older games do not have this notice. How "old" does a game have to be for it to be available for download?
