cant get into the vault

i click on the vault but it says that a required cookie is missing, im not sure what i should do, any suggestions? also i just got windows vista and im not sure how to see if cookies are enabled or not, im used to XP, so cookies might be disabled "me:"i hate this level in mario without a feather"
