IIRC, many versions of Vista were reported to have a bug where regular downloads are registered as "auto-download" even when they're not. I'm afraid there's not much you can do to fix the problem until SP1 For Vista comes around. :-(

Huh, I DO have cookies enabled and it wouldn't let me download it.
I have windows vista and I'm pretty sure the problem is the "auto download blocker" that shows up. I can't figure out how to turn that damn thing off.
I opened internet explorer and was able to download it that way.
