I am telling you that you have opened iso file in the archiver.
Go one layer up and extract .iso file out of .7z
Then open .iso file in Xenia.

Zbox 360 dumps have two partitions. One isd a video partition that is played when you put it in an ordinary dvd player, and a data partition which is played when you put it in xbox 360.
You have to extract the file from archive instead of opening it inside the archiver.
I have done that but no compatible files are there
