As to the question of it possibly being interrupted, that's actually why I tried twice before posting here. The first time I downloaded it I was doing something on my pc so I simply assumed that's what lead to the issues.
For the first question, no, I haven't actually tried using 7zip, I'll try it today when I get that chance and post here again of the result.

Have you tried using 7zip instead of Windows built-in unzip?

Are you sure the download completed successfully and wasn't interrupted?
