Retroarch's Dolphin core should support CISO.
What OS/hardware are you running RetroArch on?
Have you installed the Dolphin core system files? (under Online Updater -> Core System Files Downloader, or manually if you can't update over the internet)
Have you made sure the graphics backend set in the Dolphin.ini file matches the graphics driver set in RetroArch's driver settings? Have you tried switching to a different graphics driver? (e.g. from Vulkan to D3D or vice-versa?)

Which file type do I choose for gamecube when using retroarch the default ciso does not work with it, but it works perfectly with dolphin?
