Are you storing them in a OneDrive or other such type of network drive that might be limited what files can be stored? Have you checked Windows Defender to see if it quarantined the files?

yaaaaa... ill try there but i bet i just get a bunch of ppl saying "it has to be a virus or malware" an 0 real answers. its just so odd that it just happen to 5 emulators an just there .exe files, a viruses wouldnt target just the .exe files of emulators thats such an odd thing. makes it feel like windows is targeting them.
