Myrient includes .RAP files in their No-Intro verified PS3 DLC archive. I can't say for certain that their copy of the Left Behind DLC includes the .RAP file since I haven't downloaded it myself, but the DLC I have downloaded have always included .RAP files.
Never mind that archive is NOT jailbroken. I tried it twice on PS3Hen Superslim with latest updates. "An error occurred during installation" I put it under a PS3_GAME/ directory. I think it requires a .rap or something to activate? Not certain.
