Upgrade update

The server has arrived and is being refitted with an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, 256GB of RAM, and a 100Gb NIC. The old hardware will become a dedicated database server which should help with recent slowdowns and timeouts when the site's busy. It should be ready to go live this weekend. As always, outages will be planned overnight with a site-wide notice posted in advance.
A download server is currently offline while it moves to a new home and gets some much needed upgrades. The other servers are carrying its load for now. The plan was to add more storage too, but recent trends have put that on hold.
