No, I didn't misunderstand what you said - and I still stand by everything that I said.

I'd also like to point out that you say God has a perfect body, which is why we should as well if we get to Heaven. But in the bible, doesn't it say God made us in his image? So logically, wouldn't that mean we are already perfect as we are, on Earth?

I don't know - I guess I just can't see the point of a God that wouldn't want our Earthly appearance marring his perfect Heaven. We're constantly told to accept and love people as they are (by our parents, by the bible, by society, etc.), but your God won't?
