Well for me, I'm trying to download the SNES emulator. I can't download it because it said "You have already downloaded a ROM today, let others have a chance to download" I haven't downloaded any ROMS, not even one! So how come it is showing that message?
What "stuff" exactly are you referring to, and what's the exact error?
