The 115-in-1 release included several games that weren't released in America. Circus Charlie was one of them.
Anyway, I fond a link without too much trouble. No guarantee it even works, as I don't have time right now to even test it out. :(

Hey....how is going. Currently i was looking at this site and i like the fact you guys preserve the classics. Although i have in mind some game that is missing on the Vault for NINTENDO. Here is one game that is very good but it's missing. The game is called "BATTLE CITY". And here are some pictures of the game i am talkinga bout. If anyone can upload this game or know where to find it, please let me know by replaying back.
