I found it but the ones that say t+eng I'm not sure if they work. THe link there is:

THere are also Japanse versions there too. It looks like they would work better. THere is an uncomplete patch for this game but I don't know how much is translated. The patch is on this link:

I can't seem to find an English version for Dragon Quest IV(4), or a Japanese version for that matter. I would rather have the English version if at all possible, but a japanese version and directions to a translation would be greatly appreciated.
